Cheryl Vallie, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), has led her Midland-based practice for 20 years. Before her career as an FNP, Cheryl worked in various hospital settings, including nursing administration. She enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington in 1992 and earned her FNP degree in 1994. Cheryl’s practice serves adults of all ages, children 12 and older, and she offers adolescent medicine and sports physicals. For years she has served as a preceptor and mentor to students.  Her clinic has grown and is supported by five employees, including another part-time nurse practitioner, medical assistants, reception staff, and an office manager.

Cheryl has been a long-time member of TNP, an advocate for full practice authority, and a trailblazer in opening her own practice over 20 years ago to help fill the healthcare needs of her community.
