FAHEEMAH HANNAH
DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Dr. Faheemah Hannah is a compassionate leader, educator, and advocate whose career has been defined by service, healing, and empowerment. In her multifaceted role at Texas Woman’s University, she serves as Associate Clinical Professor and MSN Program Director Dallas Campus, shaping the next generation of nurses with excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to community service.

In addition to her academic leadership, Dr. Hannah serves as a Faith Community Nurse, providing spiritual and emotional support to families experiencing grief and loss. Her work embodies the powerful intersection of clinical care and compassionate ministry, offering holistic healing to individuals and families during life’s most vulnerable moments.

With over 20 years of service through Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc., Faheemah has made an indelible impact as the Provider Unit Regional Nurse Planner for Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. She has led the facilitation of Faith Community Nursing certification courses and is a strong advocate for integrating spiritual care into everyday nursing practice. Her commitment to professional development and continuing education has helped countless nurses enhance their ability to serve diverse and underserved communities with empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Partnering with Impact for Community Change, Dr. Hannah expanded access to faith-based continuing education for nurses, equipping them to deliver holistic care that addresses not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual well-being. A June trip to Jamaica allowed Dr. Hannah to continue offering service on a global level by delivering a holistic and spiritual wellness educational session. The presentation was attended by 125 people while 60 people obtained direct medical screenings. She aspires to continue strengthening collaborations for community impact on a local, regional, national and international level.
