This year, the recipient is Ilaria Reyes. Lala made several trips to Austin to attend TNP’s first Wednesday, attended a meeting with the Lieutenant Governor, and was instrumental in coordinating and leading grassroots initiatives in her region. In addition, Lala has chaired of TNP’s Policy Council for the past two years.
