2025 Committees

The Education Committee plays a key role in ensuring that TNP’s educational programming addresses members’ interests and needs. Responsibilities include coordinating programming and helping to identify topics and speakers.

The Nominating Committee facilitates the annual board election, including posting vacancies, vetting potential candidates, and developing a slate of candidates. The committee also oversees the process and rubrics for annual awards and makes recommendations for the respective awards to TNP’s Board of Directors.

The NP Wellness Committee helps conceptualize and convene wellness activities during TNP conferences and events. It also helps develop programs, tools, and initiatives to help TNP members live happy, balanced lives.

The Policy Council’s responsibilities include coordinating regional grassroots efforts, conducting legislative visits, and helping to foster media engagement.

TNP provides select opportunities for members to conduct research. The Research Committee reviews all research requests before TNP approves them for distribution to members.

This planning group will help create the purpose, programming focus, and participant criteria for a new TNP leadership entity for NP students.
Participants must be students in the upcoming year or have completed their NP program within the past year.

Participants play a central role in guiding TNP’s efforts to develop high-quality, relevant member benefits and services. Participants will periodically be invited to focus groups, interviews, or other feedback opportunities. They will opt-in to specific invitations based on their interest areas, specialties, and availability.

The TNP PAC Committee coordinates regional grassroots efforts, participates in legislative visits, and helps raise awareness and foster media engagement.
