Greer has extensive experience in Texas legislative affairs, healthcare policy, and regulatory engagement. Prior to joining TNP, she served as committee director for the Texas House Committee on Insurance and previously held the same role for a House committee focused on healthcare reform. In these positions, she helped draft and negotiate healthcare legislation and worked closely with elected officials, legislative staff, and healthcare stakeholders. Greer also worked with the Texas Association of Health Plans, where she led the organization’s engagement with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission on Medicaid policy and regulatory matters. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin.
